The Giles County Sheriff’s Office is accepting sealed proposals for the Integrated Detention Control System Modernization Program

Proposal documents, specifications, and questions may be requested via email Mary Taylor Hewitt at mthewitt@gilescountytn.gov 

A mandatory pre-proposal site visit on Monday, July 27th at 10AM is required for all prospective bidders. 

All sealed proposals must be received by the Giles County Office of Financial Management, Giles County Courthouse Annex, no later than 2PM on August 3rd 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Basement Boardroom of the Giles County Courthouse Annex. Any proposal received after the stated deadline will not be considered. 

Submit two (2) hard copies of the proposal. 

Proposals may be mailed to: 

Office of Financial Management P.O. Box 678 Pulaski, TN 38478 

or delivered in person to: 

Office of Financial Management 222 West Madison Street, 2nd Floor Pulaski, TN 38478 

The outside of the sealed envelope shall be clearly marked: 

“SEALED PROPOSAL – Integrated Detention Control System Modernization Program” 

Giles County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal determined to be in the best interest of Giles County. 

All vendors shall comply with applicable State of Tennessee procurement laws and Giles County purchasing requirements.
