PUBLIC HEARING — AMENDMENTS TO SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
Notice is hereby given that the Giles County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 13-3-403, Tennessee Code Annotated, regarding proposed amendments to the Giles County Subdivision Regulations.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed amendments to the Giles County Subdivision Regulations. All interested citizens and affected parties are encouraged to attend and provide input.
The proposed amendments are available for review upon request to the Giles County Executive’s Office, 222 W. College Street, Pulaski, Tennessee 38478.
This notice is given in accordance with the requirements of Section 13-3-403, Tennessee Code Annotated, which mandates thirty (30) days’ notice of the time and place of a public hearing prior to the adoption of any amendments to subdivision regulations.
