Giles County, Tennessee
Giles County is accepting sealed quotes for lawn care and grounds maintenance services at multiple county facilities. Qualified contractors are invited to submit quotes to provide routine mowing and basic lawn maintenance for the following locations:
- EMS Main – 639 E. Madison St., Pulaski, TN
- EMS North – 10351 Columbia Hwy., Pulaski, TN
- UT Extension Office – 132 S. Second St., Pulaski, TN
- Giles County Emergency Management – 3750 Columbia Hwy., Pulaski, TN
- Giles County Health Department – 209 S. Cedar Lane, Pulaski, TN
- Giles County Archives – 211 S. Cedar Lane, Pulaski, TN
Scope of Work
Lawn service shall include, at minimum:
- Weekly mowing of all grass areas during the growing season
- Trimming and edging around sidewalks, buildings, fences, and landscaping features
- Blowing grass clippings from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas
- Maintaining the property in a neat and professional appearance
- Weed control in the areas as needed
Contractors should submit pricing for the full season, April through November and include any details regarding service frequency, equipment, and proof of liability insurance.

All quotes must be clearly marked “Lawn Care Services Quote” on the outside of the envelope.
Deadline
Quotes will be accepted until April 1st, 2026, at which time they will be opened and reviewed. Giles County reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to accept the quote to be in the best interest of the county.
