Giles County will receive single prime sealed bids for Giles County Health Department Renovations until 2:00pm local time on March 12, 2025, at the Giles County Purchasing Department, 222 West Madison St Suite 205 Pulaski TN. Bid are to be delivered to Mary Taylor Hewitt, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Physical set of Bidding Documents may be obtained at the Architect/Engineer’s office upon depositing the sum of $100 for one set of documents or PDF set of Bidding Documents may be obtained for free by contacting Jared Brown (jbrown@woldae.com). Follow the Instructions to Bidders.

This project includes: Renovation to the existing Giles County Health Department which includes full HVAC renovation, roof replacement, and demolition and reconfiguration of a meds room. Refer to Section 01 23 00 Alternates, alternates include but are not limited to demolition and reconfiguration of Main Lobby, Casework and Finish upgrades, HVAC yard fence, Parking lot expansion, Parking lot seal coating, and a digital road sign. Building will be occupied by the Owner during construction and will need to be phased accordingly.
Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated bids will not be accepted.
Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the Contractor and subcontractors not to discriminate in employment practices.
Bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. Follow the Instructions to Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject Bids.
Bidders are required to be licensed. Follow State Law.
Project to be completed within 300 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
Bidder are encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference on February 26th at 8:30am in the Conference Room of the Giles County Health Department at 209 South Cedar Lane Pulaski TN 38478.
