There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on-site Friday\, October 2\, 2026 at 10:00 am. All bids must be received in the Office of Financial Management in the Giles County Courthouse Annex by 9:00 am\, Thursday\, October 15\, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened in the basement boardroom of the Giles County Annex. Any bid received after this time will not be opened. Must send three (3) copies of bid. \nBids may be sent by mail to P.O.
