1) Approval of the minutes from October 6, 2022, Ambulance Meeting

2) Update on Strategic Planning (EMS, Emergency Management, and Fire Rescue)

3) Request to implement a tuition reimbursement program for Advanced EMT

4) Update on filling the EMS Chief’s position

5) GCFR’s Advisory Board and Executive Committee recommendations to consider

staffing a Fire Chief position

6)  Any other business
